Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and making plans often invites the unexpected, but we do ask for as much time in advance for a cancellation as possible. To reschedule your appointment and offer your appointment slot to another patient, I need at least 24-hour notice for any cancellations. Please call (408) 435-5248 or email info@myroutehealth.com to reschedule or cancel your appointment. No-show/no call appointments will be charged the full price of the visit, and cancellations within 12 hours will be charged 50% of the total visit.
