Service Description
Receive a full physical exam using which will include use of: orthopedic tests, movement exam, chiropractic care, specific rehabilitation exercises and programing, soft tissue therapy, and taping.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and making plans often invites the unexpected, but we do ask for as much time in advance for a cancellation as possible. To reschedule your appointment and offer your appointment slot to another patient, I need at least 24-hour notice for any cancellations. Please call (408) 435-5248 or email info@myroutehealth.com to reschedule or cancel your appointment. No-show/no call appointments will be charged the full price of the visit, and cancellations within 12 hours will be charged 50% of the total visit.
